Meeting room The workshop will take place at the Durham University Ogden Center, room OC218.
Before the meeting
BYOD: You must bring a laptop that can compute Cloudy models and connect to the Durham wifi network to participate. A quality recent laptop should have enough power to do the simulations. You could also use ssh/sftp to connect to your home computers and do calculations there. You should be familiar enough with your computer's terminal application to run scripts and also be able to make plots of results.
A warning to Mac OS X users: The current LLVM compiler that Apple provides cannot be used to build Cloudy. See this page for more information and a workaround.
Have a working copy of Cloudy. Download and build the current version from the Cloudy project wiki page. The project's main page is here and step by step instructions for setting up the code are here.
